JYSK is consumers’ first choice in Ukraine
For the fourth year in a row, JYSK has been awarded the title as consumers’ favourite retailer in Ukraine within sleeping and living.
Once again, JYSK employees in Ukraine can celebrate taking first place at the prestigious Consumer Choice awards, which were announced in Kiev on December 7th, 2016.
For the fourth year in a row, JYSK has won the award as the most popular retailer in Ukraine within the category “Everything for the home”.
“This award is special because it is handed out based on the opinion of consumers. Our mission at JYSK is to always put our customers first, which means that when our customers are happy, we are happy. And the fact that we have won this award four years in a row means that we are doing many things right. Still, we know that we have to work even harder to stay on top,” says Country Manager for JYSK in Ukraine, Ievgenii Ivanytsia.
The Country Manager is convinced that the customer service in JYSK is part of the reason that JYSK could recently announce a record result in Ukraine, with an increase in turnover of 125 million UAH and increasing earnings as well.
“Being a successful retailer is very closely linked to being customer’s first choice, and I am therefore very happy to see that the customer satisfaction also results in increased earnings,” says Ievgenii Ivanytsia.
The Country Manager emphasizes that both the Consumer Choice Award and the great results are caused by the hard working and dedicated JYSK employees in Ukraine.
“All employees in Ukraine deserve recognition for their hard work and the extraordinary efforts which have resulted in JYSK becoming the most popular retailer once again. It is the employees who move the company forward and make a difference for our customers every day, so of course they deserve the recognition for the award,” says Ievgenii Ivanytsia.
