JYSK opens in Malta
Malta becomes country number 42 on the JYSK world map, when the first JYSK store opens on the island July 22.
The 400.000 citizens in the island state in the Mediterranean Sea can look forward to join in on the great offers from JYSK when the doors to the first store on Malta open on the 22nd of July.
The store is based in the city Lija, which is located between the capital Valletta and the city Mosta. The new JYSK store is 850 square meters and has a stockroom of 600 square meters.
- Malta is a small but interesting market, which we see great opportunities to develop. Basically we believe in the market and that the customers on Malta are ready to get great offers from JYSK. We look forward to providing them with that,” says Frederik Kroun, Franchise Director in JYSK.
The store in Lija will not be the only one on the island. During the next two to three years JYSK is planning to open another three to four stores.
