JYSK has earned a place on three of the most renowned global employer rankings. In 2025, Forbes, Fortune, and TIME Magazine have all recognised JYSK as one of the world’s best employers and companies.
The global retailer within sleeping and living, JYSK, sets an internal record and receives employer awards and certifications across 21 countries. The acknowledgement aligns with JYSK’s ambitions to provide a great offer for employees.
A new tech hub in Lisbon, Portugal, will provide more capacity to develop IT solutions that will make it easier and faster for customers to shop in JYSK. The centre will be established in continuation of JYSK's primary IT departments in Handewitt and Aarhus.
As part of strengthening JYSK’s IT development and investments, the business area IT becomes part of the JYSK Executive Management Team. Chief Information Officer Keld Marott is promoted to Executive Vice President of IT.
JYSK has reached a major milestone in the construction of its new distribution centre in Lelystad, near Amsterdam in the Netherlands with the first column now erected. This marks the first visible progress of the construction of the 147,000-square-metre, highly automated facility.
